TSSnow is a Dreamweaver extension designed to add a nice snow effect on web pages. You can see a sample of the snow effect running on this page. This is a JavaScript based effect, but you don't need any programming skills to use it.

This does knock the hell out of computer resources but it creates a really nice effect without it taking a long time to load! I did try and create this with a background image but the image was far too big in size.
