On the right is a txtShout - a shoutbox / chatterbox / tagboard that works entirely from a plain-text file (no mysql). Because of this, it's easy to set up and runs fast. It shares some of its code with the more advanced, hosted cbox. Requires PHP4; ability to CHMOD.
