This is cross browser drag'n drop script. The script let you drag small boxes and drop them on some predefined columns. The goal is to drag them to the correct column. Colors are used to indicate if you dropped it correctly or not. A script especially useful to school teachers.

Include this script in your html page header and add class="sortable" to the tables you want sorted. You can then sort the tables by either press 'ctrl-alt' and click anywhere inside the table; Or click the links auto-added on your table column headings.

This is a superb DOM drag and drop script that be used on any relatively or absolutely positioned element on the page to make it instantly dragable. What we like most about this script is its very compact, no fuss design. The script also fires 3 custom event handlers that let your page sense and react to the dragging in some fashion.
