Flooble's Animated Text Script will allow you to have attention grabbing text in your pages that is both easy to read and not annoying. Making text bold makes it stand out a little in your page, but sometimes that's just not enough. In the early days of the web, page makers used the tag to draw attention to text, but pretty soon, it became apparent that this wasn't a very good idea. After all, if you want people to read your text so badly, having it disappear for brief periods of time is hardly smart.

This scroller script conjures up a lively way of bringing messages into view- by sliding them from the left edge of the window. Note that the "slide" effect is applicable only in IE4+ and NS6+, with NS4 simply displaying the message.

This is an energetic little text script that bounces a message around your visitor's window screen. Not only can you add HTML to the mix, but also, configure precisely the speed of the animation, and whether the message should disappear after x seconds. And to top it all off, the script works cross browser!

"I created this script to allow you to give your surfers a unique and warm welcome when they enter your site! The idea behind this script is actually quite simple- By using dynamic content and fontsize manipulation, I created a text that appears to "zoom-in" and expand, by continuously refreshing the text so it's larger each time. Hope you enjoy it (and your surfers too) !" -Steve Bomer
