This free PHP mortgage calculator can be used to figure out monthly payments of a home mortgage loan, based on the home's sale price, the term of the loan desired, buyer's down payment percentage, and the loan's interest rate. This calculator factors in PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) for loans where less than 20% is put as a down payment. Also taken into consideration are the town property taxes, and their effect on the total monthly mortgage payment.

PHP Calc is the most basic calculator written in php. This is a 5 minute script that is powerful because you can make it calculate anything. It just takes some imagination and some knowledge of math. Feel free to change the script to make it like your site, but remember to leave credit if you change it.

A rather complex calculator script featuring such operations like adding and dividing fractions. It has all the basic functions of a calculator like adding, subtracting, dividing, and multiplication. It can find values for TAN, COS, SIN, Square Root, Powers, and more. Please be aware that this script is very old and probably has many, many, mistakes in it. Right now this is just here for historic purposes, and this version is probably going to be the latest release.

This PHP class can be used to calculate the distance between two points of latitude and longitude. The formulas utilized are the Great Circle method, Ellipsoid Approximation, and a more accurate Ellipsoid Calculation. A method is provided to also calculate azimuth between the two points on the earth.

This is a PHP class to do various calculations with zip codes. It's primary purposes are to calculate the distance between two zip codes and to extract all the zip codes that are within a range of a given zip code. All calculations are based on lattitude and longitude coordinates stored in the database. Included is a class file, demonstration file, and the sql files required to create and populate the MySQL tables.
